An excellent game, Wolstenholme called it the finest final since the war, other journalists at the time called it the chessboard final, and the stats show lots of attempts on goal and saves. Mackay and White so good for Spurs, Adamson a real captains game for Burnley. And Cliff Jones my god he could run and get great yardage. Also interesting as microphones started to pick up crowd noise better, and famous glory glory halleluyah song is sounding around wembley at the end. shame about picture quality and if only the ball had been white rather than orange...
