Un match assez agréable dans l'ensemble car se jouant sur un rythme assez soutenu, et une équipe allemande plus physique qui s'impose logiquement. Par contre la sélection germanique de 1998 était bien peu inspiré offensivement, ça manquait clairement de créativité, et le plus beau mouvement collectif est finalement a mettre sur le compte de la sélection américaine à la 53ème. Le second but de Klinsmann est superbe, et efface un peu le manque d'inspiration collectif des allemands. Les américains combatifs et valeureux ont fait leur maximum et auraient peut-être mérités mieux.

Les Allemands ont fait le job face à de valeureux joueurs des Etats-Unis. Mais on sent déjà qu'il ya quelque chose qui ne va pas pour l"équipe d"Allemagne...
